Our introductory one-on-one session is for anyone new to yoga. It includes goal setting, introduction to yoga principles, instruction about pranayamas, asanas, meditation, physical assessment and abilities. One-on-one sessions are the best way to reach your exercise goals and maximize your time.
Postural yoga is a focussed workout to improve posture using yoga re-education, in a fluid and personalized way. Each session will be tailored to your physical & mental goals and abilities. You will be led through postural exercises using asanas and yoga philosophy.
Hatha yoga is one of the most popular modalities of yoga and we offer private and semi-private classes. It includes goal setting yoga practice with personalized guidance, based on the physical and mental needs of each client. With slower movements, the practice is designed to calm the mind and help reflect. The term “hatha” is a Sanskrit word and means strength. It combines postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama), as well as relaxation and short meditation.
Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
