Krystele Charles, brings over 14 years of clinical experience as an RMT, including 10 years treating patients right here in the Beaches.

She has been helping clients recover from chronic pain, sports injuries, and stress-related tension, and is known for a thorough, individualized approach to every treatment.

She holds dual credentials as both a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Pedorthist, backed by an Honours degree in Human Kinetics. That combination means she looks at how your whole body moves, from soft tissue to gait and biomechanics, so treatment addresses the source of the pain rather than just the symptoms. Her work spans Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and sports therapy, tailored to each patient’s goals.
